ARCHIVE: Plein Air Painting Weekend at Lough Boora Sculpture Park 2025

Esker Arts was delighted to host a unique plein air painting workshop weekend based in the extraordinary and distinct environment of Lough Boora Sculpture Park on June 28th and June 29th 2025.

Over the course of the weekend, artists Geraldine O’ Reilly, Neal Greig, and Jock Nicholls guided attendees to develop paintings and drawings from the unique vistas available in the Lough Boora Sculpture Park, a paradise for outdoor enthusiasts interested in its unique flora and wildlife. Attendees had an option of three locations over the course of the weekend based around The Dead Forest, Rhythms of Time, and 60 Degrees sculptures.
