The sudden death of international clown master Jean DuCoque brings together the motley trio of clowns, Bobo, Pepe, and Funzo. After a mass brawl at the funeral earns them a night in jail, the group emerges to find a country suddenly plunged into overnight anarchy by a major solar flare.

They venture cross-country in Bobo's jalopy in search of answers and learn that this might just be their time to shine...
