Sean Walsh
Artistic Director

Sean is originally from Belmullet, Co. Mayo, with a background in Philosophy and Art History.
Sean has vast experience operating Arts Centres, previously serving as Director of Ballina Arts Centre for over 15 years, Assistant Arts Officer in Mayo County Council, and Co-ordinator for Meitheal Mhaigheo Erris Community Arts. Sean is also a widely published freelance arts journalist for well known magazines such as Irish Music Magazine and Hot Press, a keen painter, and an avid film fan with a particular love for arthouse film.

Lee Hamill
Marketing & Box Office Manager

Originally from County Louth, Lee has a BA in Fine Art and Critical Cultures from the National College of Art and Design, Dublin, and an MA in Cultural Policy and Arts Management from UCD. Lee has previously worked at Cultural Organisations such as Dublin Theatre Festival, Bombinate Theatre and NCAD Gallery, as well as various administrative roles outside of the Cultural Sector.
Lee is also a practicing artist, with works exhibited in Rua Red, Platform Arts Centre, Catalyst Arts Centre and others.

Ger Kellett
Technical and Facilities Manager

With over eight years’ experience working in technical theatre, Ger brings a strong practical knowledge of live production, ensuring a high standard of delivery for artists, audiences, and community users alike. He holds a BA in TV and Film Production, graduating with First Class Honours.
Alongside his role at Esker Arts, Ger works as a freelance podcast producer, combining his technical expertise with a passion for storytelling and audio production.

Aisling McElligott
Administrator

Born and raised in County Offaly, Aisling has taken a keen interest in the amateur dramatic world in Tullamore for some time. From performing on stage to working behind the scenes, Aisling is no stranger to the theatrical world. She has studied a wide range of courses including Advanced Business Management to Performing Arts to Wedding Planning and Event Management. Aisling is a keen reader with a particular love for romance novels and can often be found in a local coffee shop absorbed in her latest read.
